I am so excited to bring you all our very first before and after in our house--the half bathroom! This is the smallest space (besides the pantry) in our home, so it's no surprise it was the first to be completely finished and decorated.
Do I consider myself a fashion blogger? No.
Do I like to shop? Yes.
Do I like to shop when it's a good sale? Definitely!
Like many of you, I don't have a Nordstrom credit card and I do have a monthly budget, but after previewing the sale, there are a few great pieces for fall and beyond that I have my eye on. Some of these items fall under the categories of women's fashion, shoes, beauty, and baby! While I don't want to bombard you with an excess of posts and pictures about the Nordstrom Sale, I do want to share what I hope to purchase when I can shop the sale next week on the 19th (fingers crossed they're in stock!) plus, the previous items I mentioned. If only I had an unlimited budget!

If you are choosing to shop the sale, I hope you enjoy this pared down list of some of my favorite options.
The Sale ends on August 30th and prices return to normal on August 31st, so don't miss this chance if you are looking to add a few pieces to your fall wardrobe, prep for baby, or try a few new beauty products.
After I learned I was pregnant and shared the good news with my husband, we wanted to keep this secret to ourselves for a little while until we could decide the best ways to tell our family and friends. Those first days of my pregnancy didn't feel very different, other than the fact that I knew I was pregnant.
I made my first doctor's appointment, stopped drinking the occasional glass of wine, continued to take my prenatal vitamins, and felt slightly more tired than normal (like, falling asleep on the couch in the afternoons because I couldn't keep my eyes open, tired), but I was still waiting for the "real" pregnancy symptoms to begin. That was one of my biggest fears leading up to pregnancy--the fear of being very sick and miserable the entire time, and the fear of the unknown. Thankfully, by the grace of God, this has not been the case for me.
